"I have been shopping around for some time, and emailed many companies who never returned my messages or calls. When I submitted to State Farm I was immediately contacted back by Debbie Ratcliffe. On top of that she not only saved me a ton of money, but I was also able to bring my mother to them as well who save her close to 500 on her policy. That’s huge! If you want to save money and actually communicate with someone, give this team a call. Debbie is the best."

"About half an hour after my car accident I walked into the office unannounced and crying. Caylee and Matt got me calmed down, answered all of my questions, and opened my claim. They were both very patient and explained the claim process, and also got me hooked up with one of the preferred providers for my rental car. (I have rental car coverage.) I got my rental car the next day. My damaged car was towed to the preferred collision shop by the next day. I emailed the collision report to the office and the claim continues to move forward. So far, so good, and exceeding expectations. (Even down to the soft kleenex.)"
